SEASE, an Italian premium lifestyle label founded in 2018, had a clear ambition: bring the spirit of its sustainable outerwear collections online. The team’s existing site was rigid and couldn’t match the brand’s performance-driven identity or environmental story. Customers deserved more than a storefront—they needed a space that mirrors the communal feel of SEASE flagship shops.
Before Shopify, customisation options were limited. Product pages failed to highlight technical fabric details, and there was no flexible storytelling canvas for sustainable practices. Shoppers struggled to filter by eco-friendly lines or save favourite looks, undermining engagement. SEASE knew that to connect with its global audience, it needed a platform built for flexibility.
Partnering with luxury-brand specialists dAgency, SEASE migrated to Shopify Plus. The move unlocked advanced theming, custom search filters for sustainable pieces, and a dynamic wishlist feature. Teams built editorial pages in a new “Journal” section, weaving brand ambassador stories from sea and shore back to products. Behind the scenes, Shopify Markets handled multi-currency pricing and checkout, making global sales seamless.
Alongside the e-commerce build, SEASE refreshed its visual identity. A sleek, new logo rolled out across digital channels, reinforcing consistency. The updated UI design highlights performance specs and material origins, ensuring each product page educates as much as it sells.
With the new site live, SEASE quickly saw users linger longer on pages rich with editorial content and technical breakdowns. Conversion rates climbed by 3%, web traffic rose 29%, and gross sales jumped 51% year-over-year. Today, SEASE’s online platform is more than a shop—it’s a hub for community and environmental transparency.
