The new stack also integrated seamlessly with the brand’s marketing tools and loyalty program. Automated email flows and personalized on-site pop-ups aligned with each shopper’s profile, while a flexible API layer kept data flowing smoothly between systems.
Within months, cross-border revenue surged 4X. Conversion rates doubled as personalized experiences resonated with shoppers in local markets. Return visits climbed thanks to targeted loyalty offers and email campaigns. Internally, time spent on store updates and event management dropped by 50%, freeing the team to build new products and explore social commerce.
Looking ahead, Skin Inc plans to tie its inventory system between online and physical retail, and deepen its social commerce offerings, all powered by Shopify Plus’s flexible infrastructure.
