Car Toys has built a reputation for offering concert-quality sound systems and custom mobile electronics installations. On Magento, gift cards lived in a silo. Now Shopify POS drives a single gift card ledger: customers can buy online, redeem in store, or vice versa, without manual reconciliations. Transaction data flows directly into Shopify, slashing reconciliation time and giving managers clear visibility.
Beyond operational gains, Car Toys equips marketing and store managers to launch promotions, update landing pages, and swap banners without touching code. The UI is intuitive, so changes go live the same day instead of waiting weeks for dev resources.
With a single, scalable platform, Car Toys reduced technical overhead, streamlined integrations, and delivered a consistent shopping journey at every touchpoint. Their successful full platform launch followed just five months after the pilot—an outcome that redefines what unified commerce can achieve.
