In early 2024, entrepreneur Bernard Bado launched Prompt Advance with a simple mission: catalog ChatGPT prompts by use case. He understood that ranking blog posts could drive consistent traffic, but writing hundreds of articles himself would take months. He looked to AI to fill the gap. Over eight months, AI has handled every draft, while Bernard adds unique takeaways to keep the articles sharp and human.
Bernard identified three hurdles: AI content often feels formulaic and risks detection; Google’s stance on AI-created text is unclear; and he needed to maintain quality without breaking the bank. He had to prove that automating the process wouldn’t cost him rankings or credibility.
He split his process into clear steps. First, keyword research uncovered high-value queries like “ChatGPT prompts for musicians.” Next, he gathered niche specifics—daily routines, pain points, tools. This data got fed back into ChatGPT via detailed prompts so the AI could write with targeted focus. To avoid detection, he used agent-style prompts that break tasks into smaller jobs—outlining, drafting, meta description and headings—then merged them. Every article ends with manual tweaks to add fresh angles.
According to Google Search Console, Prompt Advance now pulls in 50,000 visitors per month and nets around 10,000 clicks. Multiple target keywords sit in the top search positions. Publishing is a breeze: new posts go live in under 15 minutes. With over 100 articles live, the site continues to grow at a steady clip each week.
AI can handle bulk writing, but you still need manual input for perspective. Google cares about quality and relevance—not how the words were produced. Automating repetitive tasks with structured prompts and mini-agents saves time and keeps output consistent.
